I received my black zad 20e a couple of days ago. You have named it correctly. It is easy play! I handed it to a friend of mine who teaches guitar and in less than three minutes he said "I have to get one of these." I have some arthritis in my pinkey finger and with this guitar I have been able to use it again. I also can put the capo on the far end of the fret giving my hand more freedom to move. I have other guitars with built in tuners but this one is the greatest. I'm actually telling myself that I don't have to press down on the strings as hard.
