Hello Denny, I received your guitar today and what a great instrument it is! I really like it a lot. It almost sounds like a piano. Very crisp and articulate, perfectly in tune. A very musical guitar. I like the fact that it's light weight. The neck is very easy to play everywhere, I can bend the strings easily and there's no buzz at all. The sound is focused, full range, nice bottom, solid mids, rich and round highs. Plus, I think it looks awesome! Thank you so much, I really appreciate that guitar. Please, say hello to your father for me, I'm a big fan of his song "In The Year 2525." I was only 8 years old when it came out but I remember it very well, even if I lived far, far away in Chicoutimi province of Quebec, Canada, and that brings me back a lot of good memories. Best regards and if you're ever around Las Vegas and would like to see Celine's show please let me know and I'll be more than happy to arrange something for you. Thank you again.

“From the second you pick up this guitar you can see and feel the quality workmanship and detail for perfection that has been put into this instrument. Then comes the good part, you play it! I have a huge personal collection of vintage guitars valued at over a million dollars, and this guitar not only compares but in many cases exceeds in playing, workmanship and most of all sound quality to the legendary acoustic guitars. I personally recommend this guitar to all professional musicians!” —Dale Herr

Dale Herr is an active and versatile producer, composer, arranger, music director and session guitarist.

As a young Los Angeles studio musician in the 70s, Herrs's first sessions included an album for recording artist, Tom Jones, the hit television show, “The Jeffersons,” and national jingles for McDonald's. After several successful years in Hollywood, producing music for such hit TV shows as “Who's The Boss?" and “Married With Children,” Dale relocated to Nashville in 1991 where he continued his work in television producing music for “Crook & Chase, Desperate Housewives, The Simpsons, That 70s Show Just to name a few.

In 2005, Herr did the original orchestrations for the Broadway production of "Ring Of Fire", the music of Johnny Cash.

He recently performed with Little Anthony and the Imperials for their Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame induction.

Garry Tallent - Founding Member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band
Garry Talent with his ZAD-80CE
“This guitar is one of the finest acoustic guitars I have ever played. The neck is just the right fit, the touch is outstanding and most of the all the sound is big and clean.” —Garry W. Tallent, founding member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band.

Growing up around the Jersey shore, Tallent took up first the tuba, then the bass and then the guitar. He was influenced by James Jamerson, Donald "Duck" Dunn, and Paul McCartney. He started playing with Springsteen in 1971 in two earlier bands and then was an original member of the E Street Band. Both visually and musically he stays in the background; his most notable bass parts may be on the song "Fire" and the last verse of "Incident on 57th Street". During the E Street Band's early years, he occasionally played the tuba on some of Springsteen's quirkier early songs, both in concert and on record (most notably “Wild Billy's Circus Story”).

From 1980 to 1987, he toured and recorded with the great Eddie Rabbitt. Much of his recording career has been in music for television, recording with great singers like Anne Murray, Donna Summer, Johnny Cash and Don McLean. In the early 1990s, Pat was a founding member of the Capital Records group “Pirates of the Mississippi”, and played on many hits with them including “Honky Tonk Blues” and “Feed Jake.” In 2005 Pat had the honor of playing on a UK tour with the legendary Everly Brothers, working with great players like Pete Wingfield and Albert Lee. Pat has stayed busy working on TV shows like Nashville Star and a Larry the Cable Guy TV special, backing artists like Sara Evans, Trace Adkins, Billy Currington and Hank Williams Jr, and is the current member on the GRAND OLE OPRY.

Pro Songwriter Steve Lyman

Steve Lyman is a pro songwriter from Denver, Colorado. With more than 300 original songs to his credit, this prolific songwriter will span styles from modern metal to folk rock. Songs written by Lyman have appeared on radio and television. While performing all guitar, vocal, bass, mandolin, and drums on his original recordings, Lyman's music has sold on 5 continents and all 50 states of the USA. www.SteveLyman.net

He says: "This Zager ZAD20E is an incredible guitar. I have many great guitars, but the Zager ZAD20E is my favorite. This guitar generates a rich, articulate tone indeed. I love it. This guitar has by far the fastest playing neck of any acoustic and most electric guitars I've ever played. If you need to throw some seriously fast, slick riffs, this is definitely the neck you need. Guitars are easy for me to play. The Zager is more than easy to play, it's nearly automatic! The Zager is a hugely dynamic instrument and so easy to manipulate. You can easily attain the bends, volume changes from note to note, and speed to accurately play whatever you hear in your head, or copy what you hear on the radio. The Zager is truly a fine guitar. I love this guitar so much that I don't care to write or record with any guitar but my Zager."
