12/20/2000 Dennis, Thank you for your quick response. I read the truss rod adjustment instructions provided and successfully completed the adjustment. Your customer service is extraordinary and I would not hesitate to do business with you in the future. Zager Guitar "gets it". Simple as that. Thanks again,

12/17/2000 Dennis, I rec'd the guitar yesterday a.m. Wow, it is beautiful! The extra strings, tee shirt and autographed photo was really neat. Kind of like a Christmas present, really. Cool. Okay, I'm just in to my second week of "playing," so here are my comments: I noticed differences in string pressure requirements. I too am pressing much harder than I need to (with the Les Paul), but that's okay, because I have no intention of stowing my Godin SD. I was not able to properly play the A7 chord until I figured it out on the EZ Play. For some reason, it is enhancing my ability to "play" the Godin. I can't quite put my finger on it (sorry), but it has helped me in a different way than what most of the posts say about the EZ play. I suppose my point of view is that of a raw beginner, not from someone who has years of experience. Don't get me wrong, this could sound like damnation with faint praise, it is not. On the contrary, it has helped me figure some things out much faster had I not had that gorgeous guitar. In fact, my lovely wife has requested that I leave both the Epiphone and the Godin in the great room on their stands, kind of as "decoration," that's how great they both look. You have no idea what kind of compliment THAT is, believe me. Yeah, it's going to work out well. It's goofy how it helps me with the non-modified guitar. Plus, yes, I was able to practice almost 3 hours yesterday. I could have practiced more, but sometimes a person reaches a point of diminished returns, and that is where I was. Am I happy? No, I am thrilled. Thanks for getting the guitar to me quickly. If you don't have my check by the end of next week, let me know. Tell your father that his and Evans' photo now adorns my den, and I thank you for the extra stuff. That was great!

12/14/2000 Dear Denny, Long story short...... Your string change video just saved me several hundred dollars and a damaged guitar. (A martin D-45 no less) Those guys at the music store have no clue what they're doing! Thanks Denny, I owe you one.

12/11/2000 To Mr Zager Sr., I did not realize with whom I was talking to when I called today about set/bolt-on necks. I thought it was the son, not the father. 12/08/2000 DENNY: I HAVE USED GUITAR TABS I FOUND OVER THE INTERNET FOR YEARS AND I ASSUMED YOUR LESSON GUIDES WOULD BE SIMILAIR...WELL THEY ARE NOT! YOUR "VIDEO PACKAGES" MAKE TABS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF THE STONE AGES! I MEAN THEY ARE SO THOROUGH...THERE IS NOTHING LEFT OUT...NO GUESS WORK...100% COMPLETE. I WILL NEVER USE REGULAR TABS AGAIN.

12/05/2000 Greetings Mr. Zager, I am really enjoying the EZ play guitar. I'm taking your lessons plus regular lessons. My instructor usually saves F Major for when you are more advanced, but I've got it already thanks to your string science. How soon will you have "Stairway to Heaven" available? Will it be the full 8 min version? One concept that I have down is that in building muscle memory speed is insignificant and precision is everything. You made that very clear and it is really helping. Thanks again,

12/02/2000 Dear Denny, I am really pleased with the guitar I purchased from you on ebay. Everything you said certainly has lived up to your words and has definitely exceeded my expectations. I am very impressed by the guitars appearance, sound quality, resonance, harmonics and ease of playing due to the neck and action enhancements. The Zager EZ Play system is awesome. My self esteem and fingers commend you on selling me an outstanding instrument. I will play and cherish this guitar for years to come. If this same quality is found in the guitar lessons you offer, then you will be having me as a student as well. Again, thanks so much for delivering me a excellent guitar at an affordable price. Sincerely,
Howard D. Kessler, D.O.

11/30/2000 Hello, I bought one of your guitars a few weeks ago and i really love it...i want to buy another one, and i want to know if i can buy the second one any cheaper. it is one of the best i have found. My father n law had an old martin he has had for years and has been asked to take 2000.00 for. He says the Zager sounds better then his martin. I thought i might buy him one so he will leave mine alone!! Thanks

11/30/2000  Thanks, Dennis! I should have known to do that. Anyway, of course it worked. So count me a 110% satisfied customer! I love the guitar. I've owned and or played Gibson, Fender, Guild, Goya, Ovation, and Yamaha acousticals, as well as played a Martin D35 and D55. This guitar frets far superior to all, and sounds great! I plan to sign up for Denny's online lessons soon, and I anticipate they will equal or exceed my expectations, also!

11/26/2000 Denny, Just wanted to say that the lessons are going well, and I'm really enjoying learning the Enya and Shania Twain pieces. Actually, at this point in the game, in the first half an hour, I can pretty much nail down the first half-dozen + measures or so. Truely inspiring. Not only that, listening to to what you say in the lessons is also very inspiring. Your statements about the only ability necessary is the desire to do it. So true! Looking forward, in the coming weeks/months, to learning "Layla" and "Breath" when they become available. Regards.

11/23/2000 I am just now recently picking up the guitar and the website has a very warm and honest feel to it. Because of reading about Denny Zager I have become a fan already, and I'm not even much orientated towards rock music I am more of and urban hip hop person but not that get on the floor and shake you booty type stuff more of the poetic and meaningful type thing just to let yah know haha. But, anyway he's a great talent and I was astonished when I called the 1-800 number and he answered... I was sort of shocked and bewildered! That shows he has much dedication to his work. I would love to learn from him. Much respect and appreciation to him from me. I hope people know of my name in the future as they know of his. Just another fan....well now at least.

11/20/2000 Dear Mr Zager and staff, Just wanted to drop a note of appreciation to you. I am a beginning guitarist. I just finished "Love Me Tender" and am now starting on "House of The Rising Sun." I was skeptical at first, but I took a chance and am a believer now. House of the Rising Sun is coming along a lot faster than Love Me Tender did(which took me about three weeks to get down). I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your obvious labor of love and passion you put into your lessons. Your sincerity makes me want to practice and get better. I have an inexpensive beginner guitar now but I can't wait to buy your EZ-play string science Martin Sigma on Ebay in the next couple of months. I think I may get the Ephiphone Special Les Paul too. Thank you. Sincerely,
Mark.S.

11/20/2000 Dear Mr. Zager, I think your guitar lesson library is fantastic. It's really exciting waiting to see what new videos are coming out each week. In my opinion this is the best deal around if you want to learn guitar from a real professional. Thank you for all of your hard work.

11/14/2000 Dear Denny........YOU ARE A GUITAR GOD!!! "Your guitar system is the easiest method I have ever used......nothing is left out and I really like the big color pictures just so I know that I'm holding my hands the right way. God Bless you man."

11/12/2000 Mr. Zegar: I have to tell you that before I entered your guitar lesson library I was very apprehensive. I have been taken so many times by so many scams that say that theyre going to give you one thing, then give you something else. It's nice to see that there are businesses out there that not only give you what they promised, but give you even more than you expected. You have a great thing going here and in my opinion the best bargain on the world wide web if you want to learn to play great guitar.

11/11/2000 Denny, I just wanted to let you know that I would pay 3 times your current price to see your videos. You have the best guitar thing going on the internet bar none. I have told all my friends and now they're tuning into your guitar video library. Continue with the great work and thank you so much for your help over the phone yesterday. A true fan,

11/10/2000 Mr. Zager. When I purchased access to your library I thought that the videos I would be getting were just going to be video demonstrations of where to put my hands...Not full 1 hour lessons taught directly by you!!! WOW was I surprised. When my membership expires I will definitely be signing on for another year with you. No music store can compete with what you have here.....and I dont even have to leave the house. THANK YOU!

11/08/2000 Denny....I hope this email reaches you. I have to tell you, I'm a big fan. 2525 was one of my favorite songs growing up...really amazing how some of what you have written has come true over the years. Beginning guitarist here. Had a few lessons around town. I have to say what you have here is a real bargain. I know you charge like $150 for an hour, and I'm sure it's worth it. Unfortunately some of us can't afford those prices and it's nice that you designed a system that the regular guy like me can afford. Been using your system for about a week. Am already playing the first arrangement with ease. I hope you post this on your web because I just want to say....To whoever is contemplating buying this guitar system..DO IT!!!, you have nothing to lose...it's an absolute bargain for all the valuable knowledge you get. Thanks for the great song Denny and thanks for this guitar lesson library. Best wishes,

11/08/2000 Dear Dennis, I received my Zager ZAD-50CE and I am very pleased. The guitar is beautiful and is an instrument that I will be passing down to my son eventually. The action is low, similar to my electric guitars with great playability. I am proud to own one of these guitars.
