12/15/2009 Good morning Dennis, the ZAD80 arrived last night, after reading all the articles on correct care I decided to let it stay in its case for an hour to adjust to the house temperature, when I opened it I was absolutely delighted with the sheer beauty of it, the quality of workmanship and as soon as I sat down and played the few notes I know at this time, I found the richness of the sound astounding. |

12/13/2009 Hi Dennis, I sent you a message earlier this month regarding a guitar I was interested in purchasing second hand. I eventually bought the guitar and havent really been able to put it down. This is truly a fantastic guitar, great playing and sounding and also real easy on the eye. Everyone who has played it compares it to a martin or a taylor and everyone up here is pretty interested in the guitar and your company. |

12/09/2009 After purchasing my Zager 50 CE I have been spending more time (around two hours) each night working on learn. It is amazing that my fingers last a lot longer then when I tried the Fender. But now I need to learn how to play! I’m hoping this tool will be the way. |

12/07/2009 The support from your company is amazing. I bought a ZAD50 a couple years ago and I screwed up the performance by putting some heavy strings on (I think). Anyways, you took it back, adjusted and sent back to me in very short order, no cost to me. That is amazing service, which is why after practicing and saving up for the past few years, I finally decided to purchase the higher end Zager. |

12/03/2009 WOW! Got my guitar just 24 hours later after you sent it. I was so surprised to receive it that quickly. I unpacked it and took it out but it was hot from transit, so I let it set for a bit. Thank you so much for the pictures and the T-shirt, the picks and the strap. After the guitar didn't feel so hot, I played it and it has the most awesome sound. I love it!!! It is a beautiful guitar and I will always treasure it. And I will definitely practice more now that I have this awesome guitar. I am so glad that I got the case, I know my guitar will be very well protected! Thank you so much! |

12/03/2009 Dennis, thank you very much for the wonderful gift of music! My kids (especially Jackson) loves their new guitar. Every night they want to get it out and jam! I appreciate your generosity. I was able to video record the event as well as we took a couple pictures. I am trying to figure out how we can get that information over to you. Thanks again Dennis! 11/27/2009 Just an FYI, I purchased a baby Zager last summer, and recently told two friends about it that are long time guitarists. One a Martin user....they are both in Angelfire, New Mexico. I understand they are both ordering one on your guitars...Yea! I sure love mine!

11/21/2009 It\'s been a while, but I love that guitar and I own a few. I took it to Rochester, NY to the Guitar Center to have a strap pin placed, by a luthier and he said this was a great find. I\'m going to Myrtle Beach next month and it\'s the only one goin with us. Thanks for everything. |

I purchased my beautiful black ZAD50CE some time ago and wanted to send a big thanks for such a great instrument. It has stood up to hundreds of hours of practices and gigs since then. When playing out I get compliments on the incredible tone and questions about where to get one. I naturally give them the online info so they can check it out. |

11/07/2009 I went to Guitar Center yesterday to take the Zager challenge. The results: My ZAD-50 OM beat the competition hands down in this price range. I could not find one guitar that matched the sound, looks or quality. |

11/06/2009 Denny...I have had my ZAD 50 for a week now and can honestly say I have played more in the last week than I probably did in the previous 6 months. There are several reasons why... first... like any new "toy" the excitement level has been very high (and I am in no way insinuating the guitar is a toy)... second...I have really wanted to satisfy in my own mind that I made the right decision in the purchase. thirdl... I have spent quite a bit of time playing the ZAD 50 and then going to local stores to try out the competition... fourth... I have been able to play a lot longer due to less hand fatigue and irritation to my arthritic hand and thumb fifth...I just really enjoy how the guitar sounds and plays. |

11/03/2009 Dennis....I am holding, in my sweaty little palms, my brand new ZAD 50 Sunburst. UPS dropped it off about 30 minutes ago and I haven't put it down (except to look at it) since. It is a beauty and the sound is excellent. I must admit that I was afraid of a little let down because I had built this up so far in my head but I have had no such feeling, and I know the sound will just keep improving. One very cool thing that I noticed on the inspection sticker inside the guitar is that the guitar was finished on my birthday. I guess we were meant to be soul mates. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that it arrived and to thank you for all your help from my first inquisition through the delivery. I will update as I play more and keep you posted. Thanks to you and to Denny for top notch customer service and above all, an excellent end product. |

10/31/2009 Hi Dennis - Just wanted to let you know that I am totally happy with the guitar, and have come to like the "wood irregularities" as distinguishing features (like you said in the first email). It truly is one of a kind and such a pleasure to play! I find myself looking at it and staring at the overall beauty and craftsmanship of the component parts - and their perfection! The abalone detail is gorgeous, and the finish is perfect, and I've fallen in love with it to the point, that I don't want to have to send it back and part with it. Every night I play it and it gets more and more fun to play, and sounds so great that I don't want to put it down. 10/28/2009 took my ZAD80CE OM to a little honky-tonk beer joint here in Helotes, TX where I hang-out with a number of professional and big named musicians and guitarist and they all get to pasing it around and playing it endlessly...to a point that I have to use one of my Ovation's or Taylor's if I want to play... |
