11/11/2003 Thank you for your reply. I checked my old email and found that in fact mymembership is expired
time wise. I will need to sign up again, as I totallyenjoy the Zager guitar I purchased from your company. I have learned 6 songlessons by memory and practice
daily. I really never thought I would be ableto play the guitar, as I have tried in the past with discouraging results.Thanks again for your excellent online

11/09/2003 Zagers, Well, I got my ZAD-80 acoustic electric from my wife for Christmas and my son got his ZAD-20
acoustic electric from his uncle for Christmas! I had previously bought my son your last Epiphone solid body electric for his birthday and you already knew we
loved that. We now have 3 guitars with the "Zager String Science" and there is definitely music in our house. What else can I say! I already had a Martin
J-40, which sounds beautiful but hurts to play, and I had to dust it off the other day because nobody ever touches it, yet the Zager guitars get played daily!
Those Zager acoustic electrics are not only easy to play and sound great, they are really beautiful and meticulously crafted, more than I imagined they would
be. My son is taking guitar as a class in high school and his ZAD-20CE with the built-in tuner is getting some serious attention. I think you'll be hearing
from some of his classmates in the not too distant future. In addition to your great guitars, I'd also like to commend you on your great attention to
shipping and immediate customer service. The whole guitar buying experience could not be any better than it is with Zager. People can talk about the string
science all they want, but until you hold it in your hands, feel it, and hear it, you can't know what we already know! One suggestion though. Please add some
solid body electrics with the same quality as your Zager acoustics to your line up. There are a lot of Jimi Hendrix/Eddie Van Halen wannabes out here who
won't buy an acoustic but would jump on a nicely painted solid body with the string science! Please do it! I'll buy one! Thanks again! |

11/07/2003 My new Zager guitar. I got it yesterday at 4:18pm, and was in love with it by
4:22pm. Washburn makes a fine instrument, and when modified it plays 10 times easier than the guitar I have now, no string buzz, and most important to me, no
bumping strings as I change cords. I am left handed, so my choices in guitars is somewhat limited from a demo stand point, but I have played models by Ibanez,
Washburn, Gibson, Martin, even a Baby Taylor, and none sound any better, and most don't sound as good as my new guitar. The sound is incredible, considering
the extra light strings and low set-up. I was not expecting the volume and resonance. I haven't plugged it in yet, so I have no idea how that's gonna sound,
but it sounds great acoustically, as well as anything I have played. So far, I am very, very satisfied with my purchase. One question though: Do you modify
guitars for owners with guitars besides what you sell? I have one or two guitars that I'd like to get modified, and a friend that I think will want it, once

came alive. Thanks for a beautiful guitar and I'll put in a good word for you such a beautiful sounding guitar. My wife told me when she got home to play the
guitar for her I told her it wasn't very open sounding she said put on your regular strings you use I did. Wow It shines great!! Thank you all for a very

10/28/2003 Hi Denny, I am new to your website, but what I have discovered so far is incredible. I have taken
guitar lessons off and on for many years and just haven't been motivated to keep up with it. I struggled with learning to read music and didn't get much
satisfaction because it took so long to learn a song. In addition, it has been difficult to find an instructor that doesn't try to force one to learn songs
"they"¯ like. I appreciate your approach and hope to learn much from your program.Thanks much! |

10/24/2003 I received my Zager guitar with great curiosity and anticipation and cannot begin to explain how all of
my doubts and anxiety disappeared quickly when I opened the case! And even more so when I strummed the first E chord! A great beautiful instrument
highlighted by a wonderful tone. I own 3 other vintage guitars, a Martin D-28 from 1972, a Gibson J45 purchased in 1958 and a Gibson J20 purchased by my dad
in the late 1940's and this guitar compliments each of those in appearance and tone but the ease and playabilty of the Zager guitar is unequaled! A friend of
mine was present when the package was delivered to my office and I asked him to stick around, that he would be interested in what was inside. He owns a very
pristine 1960's era Martin D-28 Herringbone. When I opened the case he couldn't wait to get his hands on it and then when he felt the action he couldn't
believe it! But to top it all, I couldn't convince him I was telling the truth about the price. I gave him the internet address and he was going straight

10/21/2003 Mr. Zager, I have to admit, I usually don't take time to comment on products I have purchased. But,
this guitar is so great, I felt the need to write. I recently bought a ZAD80CE. First of all, I must say the customer service was wonderful! Dennis Zager,
Jr. was quick to respond to my email and very thorough when answering all of my questions. Thank you Dennis! Then came the arrival of my guitar. My first
thought upon opening the case was "Wow, what a gorgeous guitar!" However, I didn't appreciate the real beauty of this guitar until I sat down to play it. I
have very small hands and I was becoming frustrated when playing my old guitar. But, when I started playing my Zager, I fell in love with the guitar all over
again! It was no longer an effort. I can now play with ease...without tension. Not only that, but the tone of this guitar is simply amazing! I absolutely

10/15/2003 The GREAT news is as advertised the tone of this guitar is absolutely wonderful. My wife has been with
me for over 22 years and she has heard me play a lot of instruments and usually without comment but as soon as I started to play this guitar she looked
startled. She could not believe the sound. She was amazed. Same with my 12 year old. He came up to my office today where I keep my instruments (mandolin,

09/24/2003 Dear Mr Zager,As a follow-up, I wanted to let you know I received my ZAD-80 Acoustic Guitar on Jan. 6
at 4:30 PM EST. I had been searching for a new guitar for quite a while, so you could imagine my excitement when I came home from work and found my package.
As I opened the box and removed the packing, I was totally mesmerized as to the work of art the ZAD-80 truly is. The abalone inlay around all edges of the
face, sound hole, and fret board against the cedar top just sparkled in the box like a diamond in the rough. I will never forget the feeling as I gently
lifted this baby and cradled it in my arms. I took it over to my chair and as I strummed the strings, I was in total awe to find it perfectly in tune. The
second my fingers touched the strings and the sweet mellow sound resinated, I knew I had made one of the best decisions of my life. I played that baby hard
