05/15/2002 Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for the QUICK response that I got when I received my guitar and the
3rd string had a buzz. I've listened to and watched your videos and actually knew what to do, but after years of hearing "Don't Ever Touch That you'll ruin
that guitar" (referring to the truss rod) that I had to make sure and it was just as your videos said,"almost Magic" Now it sounds Great and is so easy to
play. As I get use to this guitar I know that my playing will improve plus the fact that I'm taking your online lessons, surly will not hurt. I really like
the way that you go over the lessons so completely (makes it easier to remember). also I see now about using your thumb with this guitar is not like most
other guitars,(actually every other guitar I have ever tried to play) using your thumb really works without straining your thumb or getting a muted thump
instead of a clear note (By opening up the spaces between this strings really does make an immense difference for those of us with fatter fingers) I'm
looking forward to taking the online lessons and learning to improve my playing style and my knowledge of setting up a guitar to play properly. Your attitude
toward your customers is the way that every company should be. I make a point of telling my friends that play guitar about your company and how you respond
almost immediately(I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 minutes from start to finish of emailing a question and getting a answer). Most think I'm
exaggerating! Once again I would like to Thank you and everyone there at your company for the excellent service, friendly aura, and expert reply to the
questions that I have had so far, and also for the assistance you provided when I first contacted your company. A Really Satisfied Customer |

05/12/2002 Have now had the DM-1 for 24 hours. Have to say its grown on me. Two other guys in my office play and we
kind of took the afternoon off and took turns jamming. They both own high-end Martins and Guilds and were definitely impressed with the action. My brother-in
law has played in a band, performing at least 45 weekends per year for the past 27 years. He was in town for a visit when the guitar arrived. He wants to send
you his guitars. Thank you, |

05/09/2002 Denny and Dennis, I recieved my guitar tuesday and loved the action on it, but for some reason it did
not sound right. I tuned it as it should be but still not right. I was on the verge of sending it back when I started checking each string and found that the
A string was dead for some reason. I have been playing for at least 10 years and know these things can happen. I replaced the string and it sounds great,
sorry to say you will not be getting the guitar back. Thanks for going out of your way to get me the DM-IST-CE, it is a very well made guitar and I know it
will last for years. I will be using the guitar in my stuido along with my ovation for recording. Thanks again Denny and Dennis, I'm sure you will be in
business for years to come, oh and buy the way I know a lot of guitar players and will be sending them your way. |

05/07/2002 Dear Mr. Zager, I've been playing rhythm guitar for over thirty years, and the other day, my old SR
acoustic guitar broke (bridge plate just let loose). I cried. That old guitar and I had been great friends through everything all those years. I learned
everything I know on it, and I had decided long ago that I would always use it for writing, and learning new songs, 'cause the difficulty inherent in such a
[cheap] relic, made me a better player overall. Anyway, I decided not to fix it just yet, and buy a new guitar to replace it as my work-horse. I looked far
and wide for something at a good price that didn't seem to be a scam. My old SR cost $20.00 new, so I had to be careful. That's where you come in. I
stumbled upon eBay, thinking someone might be selling a used guitar at a reasonable price, and your eBay offer came up. I knew who you were from the '60s, so
I clicked on the item page, and was quite impressed. Then I clicked on the "Streaming Video", and I was sold. It felt like you knew of my loss, and had come
up with this guitar just for me. I know that sounds silly, but that's how it felt. When it arrived, it was like bringing home a newborn baby. Then I played
it. It felt so familiar. The string spacing and neck width, are almost identical to my old SR, which is a very good thing for my fat fingers. I'll have to
get used to the "String Science" though. It's so easy to play, it feels like I'm cheating.Thank you so much for this beautiful guitar. |

05/07/2002 Hi guys- I got my EZ-Play Washburn guitar about one month ago. I am a beginner. I have ALMOST
mastered Love Me Tender. At first the technique really challenged me but now it is almost automatic! Thanks for everything. |

05/07/2002 Hi,I received the guitar today and it sounds GREAT!!What a GREAT buy, sounds as good or better than any
$1000 one and plays better! The course is going GREAT too,I've learned more in three weeks than I have in years, what a GREAT PERSON to share your talent. I
will be your student from here on out. Thanks for the GREAT T-shirt too,I'll wear it proudly and hope to send you more students. THANK-YOU very much. |

05/03/2002 Mr. Zager, I received the EZ-play and it was in excellent condition. You shipped it very well (UPS would
have had to try quite hard to damage it). I love the finish and wood colors. This is my first guitar, and while I am certainly no expert I can definitely tell
the difference from my friends' guitars--no buzzing at all! Also, I have left positive feedback on ebay. It'd be nice if you left some for me too, since I
have so few ebay transactions. It's been a pleasure doing business with you, and I wish you the best with this business-you sell a great product and are
honest about its qualities. Thanks so much! |

05/01/2002 I bought your Zager ZAD-20, it is really a nice guitar. I feel like I should send in more money. I
also signed up for your lessons... they are really well put together. I've been playing around with the guitar for the last 40 or so years. I learned more in
the first lesson than I had in the last 30 to 40 years. It doesn't come instantly. It will take a lot of practice. Being able to go back over a lesson as
many times as I need is really helpful. When ever I have called with a question I have always talked directly to Denny. Wouldn't this world be a great place
if every one ran their business like Denny Zager. Again I can't say enough about the ZAD-20 guitar, very nice. Thank You |

04/30/2002 Dennis, I have received my guitar, it was a great thing. Thanks much for the "T" Shirt and the
autograghed picture, and guitar strings. I really appreciate everything. I will leave a great feedback on ebay for you. Thanks |

04/27/2002 I recently purchased a Zager EZ Play guitar and returned it. It was, as advertised, amazingly easy to
play but it's sound, while good, would not have supplanted my top of the line Yamaha. So I decided to return the Zager EZ Play and have my Yamaha set up by
Dennis Zager down the road. When I informed the Zager Company of my decision they said "no problem just send the guitar back and they would issue a full
refund". About a week later I received an email from Dennis Zager Jr. stating the returned guitar had arrived and it's neck was broken ...compliments of UPS.
He added that he was issuing a full refund and would handle the broken neck problem with UPS. Well..... I'm just not used to this level of customer service.
Since I was returning the guitar, you could argue that technically, I was not even a customer or was a bad one at best. What a pleasure to find such a
customer satisfaction oriented company. They back up their advertised claims and do so cheerfully. Zager Guitar is a company you can trust. |

Thank you once again for a wonderful instrument. |

04/27/2002 Denny, I really appreciate doing business with you. I have purchased 2 guitars from you in the last 2
1/2 months and you would be the first person I would think of if I were to purchase another. I recommend you highly to all who have an interest in a guitar.
You have even intervened when a delivery service caused damage in shipment. I appreciate the fact that you think of your consumer first. You took care of me
and fought the battle with that delivery service later. You (and your son) exemplify customer service and I am proud to shout your praises. The guitars you
sell are a value and they are only exceeded by the level of trust you have earned with your customers. I also appreciate the fact that you answer your cell
phone at all times and patiently answer all my questions. I look forward to doing business with you even in the year........................ 2525, if man is
still alive .......... If woman should survive! |

04/21/2002 Dear Dennis Jr and Denny Sr. It has arrived... Thank you Thank you! It's great. I am delighted with the
guitar, the extra strings, the photo, the shirt! Everything.. You guys are such a pleasure to do business with. I will leave most positive feedback on e-bay
and please let me know if ever you need additional testimonials. Thank you for such great service and I look forward getting 'back in the saddle' with my
much neglected guitar playing |

04/19/2002 Hi Denny: I have had my dr-41 for two weeks now and I wanted to wait on my response to fully and
completely understand what I now have in my possession. What can you say about a piece of artwork? Family heirloom? Timeless heritage? I remain in awe at the
quality of the action. Sound is incredible! And this is not just my opinion. Four other accomplished guitarists have played this guitar and all have raved
about many aspects. The action being the highlight! Denny you have outdone yourself and I thank you for your custom application and complete craftsman like
touch to this exquisite piece. I have several guitars, including a 1933 Gibson J-7, and the action is finer this guitar than any other! I will extend this
offer again. If anyone in Southern California would like to actually see what it is you do or have to offer, give them my number and I will meet with them so
they can have a quick hands on! Thank you very much for such a quality piece. It is fantastic. |

for the refund on the price drop. I wanted to know if you could send me a trial lesson? Thanks |

04/17/2002 Denny and Dennis, Thanks you for the excellent and friendly service and for coming up with the small box
TB1-N Sigma Guitar for me. I am enjoying it immensely. This is not the most expensive guitar I have owned, but it plays better than instruments several times
its price. The set up is outstanding. The 000 auditorium size box is a perfect fit for me -very comfortable. This piece will improve my playing by an order of
magnitude just because its so much fun to play. I like it so much that I purchased a hard shell case to protect my guitar. It's a keeper. I have also
purchased a subscription to your web site instruction. I've never been any good at finger-style, but felt that now is the time to really give it a try. I've
gained more from watching the videos on tuning and adjusting than I had picked up in the last 30 years of fooling around trying to learn on my own -or from
teachers who didn't really teach anything. I look forward to seeing some of those "coming soon" features you have listed.I'm a big fan of your string
science. Thanks for all you've done to make playing my guitar a more enjoyable experience. Sincerely |

04/15/2002 Dennis, I am pleased to be able to tell you that my new toy has arrived today in perfect condition.
There is a little rattle on strings 4 & 5 when played open but I suspect that I will be able to put that right with a small adjustment to the truss rod. I
intend to give it a few hours to get used to the English climate before I do anything though. I do play a little already and have been taught the classical
style with the thumb held firmly at the back of the neck. I'm very much looking forward to learning a new style of playing. Thank you very much for all of
your help and good service. If you would like an endorsement from me at any time please do not hesitate to contact me.With kind regards |

04/15/2002 Denny, WOW! I can't believe it! The guitar literally plays itself. I expected a little bit of a
difference but nothing like this. This guitar makes me sound like a better player than I am. I can do things with it that I never use to be able to. You are a
master at what you do. I wish you continued success. Thank you. |

04/12/2002 Mr. Zager. I was initially pretty apprehensive about the whole idea lowering the strings to the levels
that you do. I have had my Martin D-28 adjusted by 3 different luthiers over the last 8 years, but every time I got the guitar back the strings rattled like
crazy. Not only were the strings lower after you applied your modification, IT DIDN'T BUZZ AT ALL! Amazing. I can't thank you enough. |

04/09/2002 Denny and DZ2, The Sigma spruce top cutaway arrived Tuesday just in time for my son's 2nd lesson. That
made his sister very happy as she got her Martin OM16GT back. That's the one we purchased from you last year and the sister to the model that appeared in
your video. Well, my son loves the Sigma as does his teacher. You were right, it's a real looker. Thanks again and just to let you know, the 2 guitars that
you performed your string science on, my Martin SWOMGT and my 30 year old faithful Yamaha 12 string, don't seem to spend much time in their cases. Later |

04/07/2002 Denny, I tried to leave a supplemental positive feedback for you on Ebay, but only 1feedback is allowed.
Anyway, thank you so much for replacing my son's guitar ....and sending the T-shirt. He got a kick out of that. Service really is everything and you sure
delivered. Who knows. This guitar could still be making beautiful music in the year 2525. |

04/07/2002 I would just like to take a moment and tell you how much of a pleasure it is dealing with all of
you. Every time I have E-Mailed you with a question or problem (which have been on my end - not yours). You have been amazingly prompt in your reply. You have
resolved or answered anything I have thrown at you so quickly it almost scared me. I called your 800 number one night, when I first signed up, and talked to
Denny himself. He told me to E-Mail you, which I did, and before I could get off my E-Mail screen, you had replied. I expected it to be an automated response
but to my amazement there was a real person on the other end of the keyboard. I'm very pleased to be able to business with a company of this QUALITY. |

04/07/2002 Dennis, I can't believe that your being so customer oriented. It was an honest mistake and even in a
perfect world they do happen. Its great to get a response like this. Have you ever though of branching out of the music business and teaching customer service
siminars to large corporations? Thank you so much. |

04/03/2002 Denny Zager, I'm a 25 year player. I own 4 guitars ranging in price from an old $300 Yamaha to a 1971
Martin D-45 that's probably worth over $7k. I sent you the Yamaha to see exactly how much improvement your string science could make. Long story short...I
haven't put the guitar down since I got it back from you...it's lightening fast and plays like a dream. You will be receiving my Martin shortly. Best
regards, |

04/01/2002 Dear Denny, I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the String Science you performed on my new
Taylor. When I first opened the box and played it, I worried the action was too low but after playing it a day or two, I have absolutely fell in love with the
playability of it. A friend of mine who is a very seasoned player played it this past weekend and he said "I love that guitar". This gentleman is 70+ years
old and plays as much like Chet Atkins as anyone I've ever heard. He took my new Taylor and played the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" and he began smiling. It
sounded heavenly. Thanks again Denny. |

03/28/2002 Dennis, UPS delivered my guitar this morning and it is great! After the situation with the first two
guitars, apparently the old saying "third time is the charm" is true. If the second guitar ever shows up I'll send it back to you. Thanks for all of your
promptness to the delivery problems. I have never doubted your integrity. You have been great to work with and I am looking forward to playing my guitar. I'm
off Monday for the holiday so I'll have a long weekend to enjoy it. Thanks again!!!! |

03/28/2002 Dennis Zager Jr. After writing the email I thought to do the exact same thing you mentioned and have
already spoken to your father. He was wonderfully attentive and helpful. As soon as I get my computer upgraded I'll be getting the online tutorial as well.
I'm very very happy with all the personal attention and the quality of the guitar. Bowled over is more like it! Thank you, |
