10/13/2012 Dennis,
I should have written sooner to thank you for my new guitar, but I've been too busy playing it!
I can't really express how happy I am with the guitar! It's gorgeous in both looks and sound! I simply can't believe that I have the last guitar I'll ever want or need! I had been planning to keep my old guitar for backup, but I've already sold it! I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole! This instrument really makes me want to play and improve! Thank you so much!
Both of my sons are more experienced (and far better) guitarists than I, and they have their own quality instruments already, but they can't keep their hands off of my new Zager! I played it at church on Sunday (unamplified in a 1,200 seat sanctuary), and after the service, every guitarist in the congregation came up to the choir loft to check it out!
Zager's service and responsiveness was off the charts also! I really, really appreciate the extra discount you gave me since I had missed the sale when I was out of town! Trust me, I will be singing the praises of your company for many, many years to come! Although I won't need to buy another guitar, I'm sure that I will be able to send more business your way!
Thanks again to you and the entire Zager family,
John Lorenzo |

10/13/2012 Hey, Dennis:
We got up to our cabin in the Georgia mountains in time to avoid the storm in the Gulf. It's so nice to get out of the SW Fla oven.
I've been working on Dust in the Wind. It was supposed to be harder than Scarborough Fairm but is much easier. Today I took a shot at Stairway to Heaven, which is a 4 on the difficulty scale. I can learn this one, too! It is harder than Dust in the Wind, but I was able to limp through it completely in a few hours. I was beginning to think your difficulty ratings were wrong, buut then it occurred to me that I may actually be learning something! I also think my guitar background leans toward the Dust and Stairway music. I went from a level one to another level one, then to a two followed by a four. That's rapid progress.
I'm sure I sound like a dope, but I never dreamed i could play like this. It is wonderful! Just remember that you and Denny are really doing something wonderful for real people out here.
The website tweaks are really nice. Now if Denny can put Classical Gas into his system, I will learn it, too!
Thanks again!

10/07/2012 I don\'t have a question...just a comment...I am 71 years young and have been playing at playing the guitar for a long time. I have always had trouble playing barre chords and have been looking for an acoustic guitar that would make playing them easier. My new next door neighbor was out in his backyard playing his Zager guitar last evening, and I took my guitar and went over there as we are about the same age and same experience. He asked me if I had ever heard of Zager guitars, and I replied that I had not, but I recognized the name from the famous song. He then handed me his Zager and told me to try it, and I was amazed at how easy it was to play barre chords on it, and I knew I had to have a Zager, and just this evening purchased one. I truly believe that your guitar will make it easier for me to advance as a guitarist with the years I have left, and I am really looking forward to getting my guitar and playing it and telling other people the Zager story and showing and having them try my new Zager guitar. Thanks so much to my new neighbor and to you for making such a fine guitar that will let a guy my age even, become a better guitar player during the time I have left...just wanted you to hear my story...keep up the good work as I am a believer and will become a promoter of your guitars. Thanks again from a novice guitar player.
Sincerely,
Ray Juliano |

10/05/2012 I received my zad80 CE Friday night. I have been working six nights a week and I'm sorry I haven't gotten back in touch very quickly.
I usually do my own set up jobs on my guitars because I rarely ever get one that has been set up as smooth playing as they can be. Well, your set up was good straight out of the box. The tone is very good and sure to be really sweet as the wood matures. The extra spacing at the bridge makes it easier for me to make clean notes and being a novice I really need and appreciate that. I plugged it up and the electronics work fine. In reading some of the reviews on your guitars, some people gave negative reviews but, for me, thumbs up man! It's great that someone (you) actually made a more ergonomically correct neck improvement for people as myself, with larger hands and fingers. Thanks!
I'm looking foreword to using your training site.
Best wishes and warmest regards!
Charlie Foster

10/05/2012 Dennis,
I have two Zager guitars, the big baby that I use for practice away from home and the zad80ce which is the best guitar I've ever owned. I would recommend the zager guitar to anyone learning to play or someone who is an accomplished player.
Sincerely,
Cindy Kessler |

10/05/2012 Hi Dennis,
I am amazed at the quick response you give to everything. I don’t know how you do it, but it certainly is a welcome change from the typical.
I will call your Dad’s voicemail and leave a message. I have played my new guitar a couple of times and will now get serious about picking up where I left off many, many years ago (probably in about 1969!). I’ll have to learn all over again, but I’m excited to do so with my new guitar.
Thanks again for all you do.

10/01/2012 Hi Dennis,
I received my new Zager guitar, thanks for the fast shipping! It arrived in excellent condition and thanks for the additional stuff. As you know I bought a discounted ZAD80ce, your website described the flaw and had photos of the flaw, when I took it out of the case I was very surprised at how minor the flaw actually was, it is practically unnoticeable. Thanks for the great deal on a fine instrument. It blows away my Ovation Adamas. I would highly recommend your products and your company. Outstanding! |

09/29/2012 Thanks Dennis, you guys are the greatest. I am proud to say that I have sent two others your way. They are as happy with their guitar as I am.

09/25/2012 I got my ZAD 20 Sunburst today and I am totally blown away! This is what a guitar should be! Nearly a week ago, I spent 6 hours playing some very high-dollar guitars(mostly Martin and Taylor) and none of them even begin to compare with my new Zager. I received the guitar this morning at work and my colleagues were in awe of this fine guitar. I just couldn\'t wait to get home and spend the rest of the day playing it. After 5 hours of playing this awesome guitar, my fingers are still not sore and I\'m having a ball. For years, I have jokingly said that I\'ve only been practicing for 37 years but in a way what I said was true because guitars I owned in the past would eventually become uncomfortable and my fingers would get so sore that I would have to wait several days to recover. That is simply not the case with my new Zager. I think I can finally say I\'ve gone from practicing to playing because I can play longer and in total comfort. Playing is just plain fun now. Hats off to Denny Zager! His guitars are second to none and he has earned another customer for life. Additionally, the experience of buying my Zager has been a first-class experience all the way. Dennis Jr. answered my questions promptly and this impressed me so much that I decided against buying a $1600 Martin in favor of the Zager. Now that I own one, I realize that the best is not necessarily the most expensive. This guitar is better than the $2000+ guitars I have played in the past. I admit I was skeptical at first but with the guarantee in which I could return the guitar if I didn\'t like it for a full refund made me realize I had nothing to lose if I tried a Zager. I\'m not only satisfied but I am completely delighted -no, I\'m ecstatic! God bless Denny & Dennis, Jr! You guys are the best! Thanks a million! |

09/25/2012 Hello Folks,
I can hardly believe this guitar. I’m so fortunate to have found you.
This ZAD-20 is really amazing. This is hard to say, but I think it’s even better than my Martin D35, which I had for 41 years. I’m feeling alive again, lol. Thank you sooooooooo much. |

09/22/2012 Hi Dennis,
She arrived safe and sound this afternoon. What a gorgeous guitar! Even my 5-year old son said, "Wow!" With that nod of approval, I'm sure my new Zager has already found a permanent place in our home and lives.
I'm a greener-than-green beginner, so one of my first tests was playing the dreaded bar F chord (every new student has challenges with that one!). Every note rang out clear and true. No buzz, no muted strings. Even easier than on my Fender American Standard Strat, which I had requested be set up for a beginner, so the action is quite low. This Zager is not only very playable, but the tone and voice are remarkable. I am very pleased.
Thanks again for your exemplary customer service, and this fine instrument. When I've studied for awhile, and can bring some honor to my ZAD20, I'll be back for a ZAD80. Always good to have something to look forward to. : )
Best regards,
Bob Poirier |

09/17/2012 Denny,
Guitar arrived after about a week in transit, was only barely out of tune, I
had the guys at Pro-Music tweak it for me. Very dry in Fairbanks, but I
added moisture pads at the head and the sound hole, keeping humidity in the
case around 47%. Thanks for the T-Shirt and certificates. I am really enjoying working through the chords and as I am a beginner, I find the string pressures and fret heights to be very easy to manage.
I appreciated your professional response on my order,
it restores my faith in family owned companies in America providing the best
service in the world. When the guitar arrived the guys at Pro-Music were
very impressed and all had to try their hand. You may be getting another
order from Fairbanks. They still don\'t believe me when I tell them the price of the guitar.
Best regards to both you and Dennis Senior, I will keep you in the loop.
From an Alaska cabin dweller to a Nebraska cabin dweller.

09/15/2012 Denny Jr
I received my new ZAD20E sunburst yesterday. I was so excited, I was outside waiting for the UPS truck to arrive. I can't explain the joy when I opened that Zager guitar case and saw that most beautiful piece of artisan craftsmanship I've ever seen. WOW!!! It is so beautiful, I didn't pick it right up. I stood there an just looked at it. What a beauty. Really, words can't describe it. After a slight tuning the first strum told the story of the quality of this instrument. My what a beautiful, rich, deep tone. Fantastic sustain.
A big thank you to all who were involved in the design and creation of this fine masterpiece.
I'm sure you'll be hearing more from me later as I spend more time with this beauty. I'm going to do a little recording with it today and later tonight I'm going to a jam so I'll get more input on this sweet, sweet instrument.
Thanks again

09/10/2012 Well, Denny,
Couldn't be more happy. Sounds beautiful and play as promised. Told you my daughter loved the 530--she will love this! Just a well balance sound--crisp highs, excellent mids, good pop inh the bass. Having bought guitars for three of my daughters, this is the best guitar in its price range. And if you compare it to those in the $1,000 range, I'd say the same thing. This knocks the socks off the Martins and Taylors in that range.
Customer service as always. Best there is.
Well done!

09/05/2012 Thank you soooo much for your great customer service. My guitar is great and it sound heavenly! I haven't put it down since I got it! At first I was afraid to touch it...it looked soooo perfect.A musical beauty I was very impressed with the outstanding personalized touch you added by including the photos and background information. Thank you for the shirt... I loved it too. I will be buying all my guitars from you now and I can tell you now that the next guitar interest of mine is the baby guitar. 09/05/2012 Dennis,
My Zad-80 gets better and better every time I plug it in. I swear the over tones coming from this instrument is un-like any other that I have had in my hand, and I have played them all. Sometimes I catch myself saying where did that come from like a ghost was playing with me…..
Tell your Mom & Dad I said hello and that I am still out there every day with my Zager.
Your support means the world to me, and I am so blessed to be part of the Zager Family.

09/05/2012 Hi Denny,
My son was up for mother’s day and he played my guitar and the other one I had bought (Alvarez RD20S). The Alvarez sounded tinny compared to the one I bought from you (I did put a set of your strings on it). I am thinking of just selling the Alvarez and giving using the $$$ towards a 20E sunburst. |

09/01/2012 Oh my god , what is that , you call that a guitar , no sir I call that an awsome guitar lol...I just compared my Takamine ETN20C and my Talor 314 E it souds just as good for a LOT $$$$.$$ less.
And pluged in even in my house amp a Peavey, that Clear Wave 10 sounds great and the tuner in right on. Can t wait to plug it in my Fender Acoustisonic at my freinds studio.
I love my 20 series , and you know I paid in the $1000.00+ for my other guitars and yours is just $495.00 for the same or better result (AWSOME).
Again warmest regards
