01/17/2005 Thanks again for your quick reponse to my questions. Well, my wife and I just got back from a local bluegrass festival. I took along my ZAD 80 and let me tell you it sounded great in the hands of a couple of real good pickers. They loved the 80's action and tone, and I don't have to tell you that the bluegrass crowd are die hard Martin fans! I can't wait until my playing improves. Now that I have a tool I can work and Dennys instruction with I'm sure I'll get to where I want to go in my playing.

01/14/2005 Well I have a flawless $1400 Ovation 1868 and it doesn't play or sound as good as my sons damn guitar I bought from you guys so I'm selling it on Ebay. Case and axe are in mint condition...You want to trade? lol! Well as soon as I get the Ovation sold I'll call you. I think you likely remember my review of the guitar I bought my son. He plays the hell out of that guitar and it has held up very nicely. His friends with more expensive guitars are still amazed. You and I have talked before and the service you guys provide is why I am going to be a repeat customer. There is no one like it in the marketplace today. Nice review on the Zager ZAD50ce in Gritz Magazine by the way. I can assure you as soon as I unload this damn Ovation I'm going buy either the ZAD50 or ZAD80ce. I bought my son your Zager modified Washburn and gave a wonderful Yairi DY 52 to my brother who plays professionally, the saddle broke on his DY 45, and I bought the damn ovation to replace the Yairi. What the hell was I thinking anyway?

01/11/2005 I received my Zad-50 yesterday and it is absolutely a beautiful work of art. I don't know how to play yet but I am starting lessons and I know this guitar will inspire me to learn how to play. It amazed me that the guitar was still perfectly tuned when I took it out of it's box. very cool. Thanks for a beautiful guitar.

01/11/2005 I love your arrangement of 'Freight Train' -- it's so much fun! It's quickly become my favorite song to play, and it's really getting my pinky in shape! Cheers!

01/05/2005 Wow! I am so excited! I just started with your lessons. For 35 years I have wanted to play right hand melody like you teach. I tried to read lesson books before but became frustrated and gave up because the methods they use are so confusing. I am already on step 3 of your " so simple to understand" lessons and I am making real music! Thanks so much, Denny! I wish I would have found you years ago! Keep up the great work and thanks for allowing me to make music!

01/03/2005 I never told you how I found your guitars on Ebay. I was looking at different guitars so that I could sell my Yamaha because I thought that I just couldn't play it after breaking my index finger so it was just staying in a case under my bed. Well, I saw your listing and I had hopes of playing again. I am so glad that I found your site. I, now, am selling my Yamaha hoping that someone can appreciate it more than I could. I am just so grateful and had to tell you. I feel reborn!Hugs

01/02/2005 Just recieved my Zager today. The zad50 sunburst. I must say, the saound and playability were more than I could have hoped for. It has pitch, which I am not sure is used to describe guitars, in the middle range that is awesome. Thanks for your honesty and great customer service!

01/01/2005 Hi Denny & Dennis,I've been wanting to buy a Zager guitar for a while now. But living in Belgium, I wasn't able to order one. When I went to the US last week, I ordered a ZAD-50CE and had it delivered to my hotel in San Francisco. It arrived within 4 business days in absolutely perfect condition. Now that I'm back home, I've been playing it for a few days now, and I'm really impressed with the sound of the guitar, and how easy it is to play some of the chords that I found difficult to play on my classical guitar. Thank you for a great guitar at an amazing price !

12/30/2004 Denny, I bought the ZAD-50CE and it was like you said. Could not be easier to play. I have modified saddles and nuts on guitars also, but not nearly as well as you do. I like the string widening also. I put this guitar through the test last weekend. Went to my nephews house who has a $1000 Alverez that didn't sound as good as the Zager and was a lot harder to play (mid to hi action). He also has a $3000 Taylor, to be honest the Taylor was sweet and sounded a little better than the Zager. (A LITTLE) But the Zager was still easier to play and I paid $2500 less. He had a gig that night and to my surprise he wanted to take the Zager. Your service is the finest also. I had a question and Dennis Jr. answered the same day. Thats not the kind of service the other guitar makers are giving from what I hear. I'll recommend this guitar to everyone I know. Already have 2 friends interested in buying one. The Zager hardshell case was great quality also. This is how it is supposed to be when you buy something. Thank You Denny and Fantasic Job.

12/30/2004 Denny, I have one of your ZAD-50's and I love it! The tone and playing comfort are amazing. Have you ever thought of making a concert style guitar, something like the Martin 000 model?

12/27/2004 My Zager ZAD80CE arrived and it is fantastic. The sound is great, the guitar plays easily and could spend hours with it. I would reccomend a Zager guitar to anyone, whether a long time picker or especially a beginner. The Zager guitar will make playing pleasant for anyone.

12/24/2004 I just love my new Zager guitar. I had broken my left index finger in 1999 and had to have one of the pulleys repaired. Being right handed, it affected my playing ability. I could not easily play the Yamaha that I had but was relieved to find that I can play again with the EZ play action of the guitar that I bought from you all. I just want to thank you so very much for your wonderful guitar. PS I do remember "In the Year 2525" and remembered Denny's photo. I also want to thank you for the photo, tee shirt, picks, and strings. I have the photo on my bedroom wall. It sure brings back some great memories.Peace,

12/22/2004 Hi, I'm a new guitar player and did some resarchbefore buying the Zager. Everything arrived as promisedand the guitar is easier to play then my partner'sMartin. Sound quality is nice also. I still havesore fingers, but I do find it easier to learn on andmy instructor has played it twice and told me thateverytime he sees it he likes it more. I can't saythat it is so much easier to play then the Martin,'cause my fingers still hurt after an hour but it iseasier and I do recommended you. Thanks for a greatproduct.

12/22/2004 Hi Gents, Have had my 50ce for a couple months now,I wanted to "test drive" it before offering a testimonial.I still say that the proof will be in the pudding after seeing how it holds up to the paces we all subject our instruments to if you are a serious player. I will say this..I wont waste anyones time repeating all the other comments to be found here.I bought this guitar to be skeptical,I had tried many others and didn't find that "thing" I was looking for. I had nothing to lose, and felt like a nut for buying a guitar sight unseen. As a 30 year player actively making a supplemental living w/music,I was impressed. Then I plugged it in. When I got up off the floor, I made a promise to myself to get an 80 in black.Put it this way...No offense Den, but many one hitters go on to pout the rest of their careers, the music business can be a tough one.You have gone on to promote the joy of music, You are the real deal. So are your Guitars. Every time someone asks me where I got this cool guitar,I am pleased to tell them. Hopefully Im not breaking any laws when I close w/ 2525, complete with a thanks to guys like you that make it fun for duffers like us.

12/16/2004 Dear Dennis and Denny: Wow, you just blew me away with the replacement pickguard and surprise capo and strings. I was just on the capo lesson on your website a couple of nights ago and was anxious to go capo shopping. Thank you so much!

12/15/2004 Hello Denny & Dennis ZagerI am very pleased with my ZAD-50CE, its so beautiful in every way. I believe it was worth every penny and then some! Its so true you can play this thing for hours and hours before you just plain cant take it anymore, and thats without buying expensive elixer strings! I've found myself playing more then every latelly. Tends to make me not want to goto sleep at times and have been a little late for work a couple days.. haha. In the short time I've owned it now, I have doubled the number of songs I know how to play, which is a blessing cause I was barelly picking up my Carlo Robeli when I ordered it. I showed off a few of the songs I learned at a recent family reunion and got high remarks from just about everyone. So thank you for a very fine product, insperation, and selling it a price I can afford!!Thanks for the shirt. The caption NEEDS to be bigger though :)J.D.H

12/12/2004 Dear Denny,I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the outstanding service your company provided. I recently purchased your ZAD-50CE guitar and was hoping to get it today. In fact it came 3 days early which is a testament to your customer dedication. As to the guitar…..it is beautiful! The sound, the fit, the intonation, the balance and the playability are much beyond what I expected and far superior to the other guitars I was looking at in the $1000+ range. It truly is a fine instrument and is allowing me to more comfortably play for longer periods. Not only is it easy on the fingers……but it's great on the ears! I now appreciate all the testimonials regarding your guitars. It really is a wonder how you do it for such a reasonable expense. Keep up the great work.

12/04/2004 I have to admit I was sceptical. I received the guitar and it played very nice. First I thought it sounded a little light. The touch was excellent though. After a little bit I started to get impressed on the even balance of the highs and lows. This weekend we used the guitar at a Live gig. Our Lead guitar player brought his Martin D45. Zager could stand easily next to it. Yes, the Martin is a notch better and about $5,000 more. No doubt, you get way more guitar with Zager then you pay for. How the heck do you do that?? Very happy, we will promote your guitar on our gigs,Thanks for the T shirt, strings and pics.Great stuff, keep building them. I probably order another one soon.Regards,

12/03/2004 I recieved my guitar this past Friday and it wasn't due to be delivered until Monday, what a suprize. The guitar is just as you said it would be. I am just learning to play and the Yahama guitar that I have is hard to play. I have trouble getting the cords right and getting the strings down to get a good sound. I have been playing the ZAD50CE since Friday and it is much easier to play. The strings are easier to hold down and the cords are much easier to form. The guitar arrived in great shape, I did order the case with it, and the finish is beautiful. The sound is also beautiful and I look foreard to taking your online lessons. Today I plugged the guitar into my amp for the first time just to see how it sounded and it was awsome. I don't use the amp very often, but I just wanted to see what it sounded like. I very much appricate the quick service and the beautiful guitar that you sent to me. I look forward to taking your online lessons and to be able to play the songs I like to hear. Thanks again for your quick service and the beautiful guitar. I am a begining guitar player at the age of 58 and I love to hear music played on an accoustic guitar.Young 58 year old beginner,
