01/31/2010 After purchasing my Zager 20 CE I have been spending more time (around two hours) each night working on learn. It is amazing that my fingers last a lot longer then when I tried the Fender. But now I need to learn how to play! I’m hoping this tool will be the way. |

01/31/2010 The internet is a powerful tool for the good and the bad. I know you've heard this a million times over, but I was about 12-13 when his hit came out and I loved it. Still love it and get a kick out of having one of his guitars. I appreciate the strings, but please don't feel obligated to do so.

01/25/2010 Hi Dennis, I sent you a message earlier this month regarding a guitar I was interested in purchasing second hand. I eventually bought the guitar and havent really been able to put it down. This is truly a fantastic guitar, great playing and sounding and also real easy on the eye. Everyone who has played it compares it to a martin or a taylor and everyone up here is pretty interested in the guitar and your company. |

01/24/2010 It\'s been a while, but I love that guitar and I own a few. I took it to Rochester, NY to the Guitar Center to have a strap pin placed, by a luthier and he said this was a great find. I\'m going to Myrtle Beach next month and it\'s the only one goin with us. Thanks for everything. |

Just received my ZAD80 Acoustic.
What a surprise to get as a bonus the carrying case.
Now I am the proud owner of 2 top Zager guitars. As I mentioned in a previous e-mail I will put the electric away as an investment. Please give me some advise what the best storing method would be.
Thank you for the guitars. I was more excited when I received them than I was a boy getting my first bike. |

01/21/2010 Dennis, I can’t say enough about your product and how your run your business. I worked for IBM for 30 years in sales and service and one of the things they taught very well was how to provide “delighted customers” which is something your business does. Also another measure of a great product is …if you ask someone if they like the product they will most likely tell you yes because no one likes to admit they bought something they didn’t like. But if you asked them if they would buy another one….that pretty much speaks for itself. I intend to buy another one of your products. Thanks again for the great service and the excellent communication.

01/21/2010 The support from your company is amazing. I bought a ZAD20 a couple years ago and I screwed up the performance by putting some heavy strings on (I think). Anyways, you took it back, adjusted and sent back to me in very short order, no cost to me. That is amazing service, which is why after practicing and saving up for the past few years, I finally decided to purchase the higher end Zager. |

01/18/2010 I bought a Zager Zad80CE a couple of years ago and just love the guitar.I also bought another Zager Zad20CE at the local Guitar Center. They had no idea what they had and I wanted to buy a guitar for my son .
Needless to say I brought the 20 home . |

01/11/2010 my zad guitar is back in perfect condition..i have martin, guild and breedlove but my zager is the best of them all. its so easy to use and the sound is amazing specially when plug in, sounds is crunchy deep rich tone..i love this guitar..thank you so much |

01/06/2010 Good morning Dennis, the ZAD80 arrived last night, after reading all the articles on correct care I decided to let it stay in its case for an hour to adjust to the house temperature, when I opened it I was absolutely delighted with the sheer beauty of it, the quality of workmanship and as soon as I sat down and played the few notes I know at this time, I found the richness of the sound astounding. |

12/28/2009 I had a dreadnought Guild guitar that I bought new, and it (in short) was NOT a user friendly instrument. I would not even offer a comparison, for the way the Zager plays and sounds--the Guild doesen't hold a candle to the Zager for true enjoyment of the instrument, and I'm sure many of the guitar makers realize that--and they won't like you because you steal their thunder--and you do! |

12/26/2009 Ever since the very first time I emailed you in 2008 you have always answered me back usually within minutes and that really means a lot to me and I would always reccomend your guitars and company to anyone. As far as the lessons go, when I started out my wife used to laugh at me and always say " why don't you pay someone to give you some lessons cause your terrible " she sings a different tune now. My Estabon lessons were a wasted year of my time being taught to be a puppet. Since I learned the finger patterns it's a whole new ballgame and ten times more fun. Now if someone hears me play I kind of like it. I love all Denny's videos and highly reccomend them to everyone. Thanks |

12/22/2009 I am able to strum and pick it as hard as any of my other guitars(I have three) and the strings do not buzz at all and I also want you to know that it is the best sounding and no doubt the easiest playing guitar I have ever played |

12/22/2009 I went to Guitar Center yesterday to take the Zager challenge. The results: My ZAD-20 OM beat the competition hands down in this price range. I could not find one guitar that matched the sound, looks or quality. |

12/19/2009 I stopped into a local music store looking for an acoustic. I was instantly drawn to this used ZAGER. Love the guitar. The prices was right.
I’m 55 years old and have either owned or played every guitar out there as I worked in music retail for about 15 years in addition to playing since I was 10. I have to say this guitar is one of the best instruments I have played. |
