09/30/2010 It's because of your reputation that I placed my order today. In my case, my guitar and voice mentor owns a ZAD80CE . When I asked him about the Martin HD-28 I was about to buy he asked me to hold off. He said he loves his Zager and I should look at the reviews and your website. It was all so overwhelmingly positive that I decided to go for it. Do you want to know the final straw that convinced me? He said when his guitar arrived (on-time) and he unpacked it that it was in tune!!! |

09/28/2010 I received my new ZAD80CE today! What a great guitar! Of course I immediately unpacked the guitar. I sat down to play a few chords and had this big grin just creep over my face. I was so pleased with the sound and the playability of the guitar that I signed up for the year of lessons on your website. What a beautiful guitar! |

09/28/2010 My " Big Baby",mahogany, arrived on schedule and in pristine condition. Even though the vast majority of reviews said so I still wasn't prepared for how good it sounds! The finish is beautiful. You have no idea how close I came to buying a Baby Taylor (begrudgingly) because I couldn't find something easier on my hands. I knew size would help the arthritis and carpal tunnel issues I have, but I was very dismayed at the quality of the sound of the smaller guitars I tried. I found your guitar site by happy accident and bought one because of your reputation and guarantee. Anytime someone stands behind their product the way you do chances are it's because it delivers what is promised. Otherwise you would go broke with returned guitars |

09/28/2010 Guitar arrived safe and sound Friday afternoon. Beautiful instrument. The "flaw", as you know, is very minor. Intonation is great (checked it for fun). Rich, full tone. It has several hours of play time on it already. Thank you for your attention to detail and commitment to quality. |

09/24/2010 I finally started to get serious with the guitar but the action of my Ovation was killing my finger tips. I sent the Ovation in to be set up and really started thinking about buying a nicer instrument. I finally felt confident enough to sit in the shop guitar room and strum the $1000 guitars. Oh how good they felt. I was about to pull the trigger on a Breedlove or Taylor when I stumbled across the best kept guitar secret....Zager.com. At first I was skeptical....dropping a grand on a guitar sight unseen. However, the website is so professionally done and the testimonials are endless and after all your satisfaction is guaranteed. I hemmed and hawed for awhile and then made a great decision. I purchased the ZAD80CE. It is beautiful and very easy to play. My friends are blown away by the quality of this product. I am sure anybody would be equally pleased.

09/22/2010 Received my new Zager today. VERY pleasantly surprised. Lovely tone. Very quick neck. Haven\\\\\\\'t hooked to my Genz Benz nor Roland amps yet ( maybe tomorrow). Just really a delight. Compares to some of my Indian rosewood Breedloves in projection and tone. Thanks for a great guitar |

09/18/2010 By the way, I am 58 years old and put down the guitar over 30 years ago because the ones that I could afford were very difficult to play. This Zager is awesome.

09/18/2010 I have in my possession a tremendous instrument that I hope will last me a lifetime. I have picked up a number of much more expensive guitars, but none that surpass my Zager ZAD-80CE. It is a thing of beauty, but with a sound quality and ease of play that are second to none!

09/18/2010 Well, I've had my Zager guitar for about a year now and I wanted to let you know that I still love it. I think it sounds better now than when I first got it. Amazing. I think I made a good move when I bought a sure enough quality guitar to learn on. Sure has made things easier. I've found a group of guys to play with and we get together almost every week. Great time for all. My wife has even begun to play. Anyway, I just wanted to take the time to thank you once again for such a fantastic instrument. My wife really loved your personalized service too. First, she bought the guitar. She stated that she spoke with you personally and shared with me that you were so friendly and helpful. It is always admired by everyone everywhere I go, even by people who bought much more expensive guitars. 09/09/2010 My wife got her guitar a few days ago. It was the last acoustic electric you had. She felt fortunate to get one. She just started as the worship facilitator at church and knew that an electric would be easier to hook up compared to the acoustic with the external pick-up. She had given up on the guitar when she was a music major at Calvin College due to it hurting her fingers. She's not really excited to play since it's so much easier on the hands. THANK YOU. |

09/06/2010 I got home last night around 8:00 pm and to my surprise there was my guitar waiting on the porch! What a fast delivery and what a good feeling when I opened the package and there was my Zad-20 in a great looking custom hard case. I have been playing hollow body electric Ovation for past 25 years and although it cost significatly more than the Zad-20 even back then, I am telling you the guitar I will be playing most now will be the Zad-20. The quality and appearance of your guitar is great, and the easy play system really does work! I am no longer a young guy, and several of my fingers are starting to stiffen but this instrument is so light and touch requirement so low, that I will be playing for years to come. I love the guitar, and I am so glad that I was able to get one of the last ones available. My only regret is that I procrastinated for several years on buying one. I was up until 2:00 am. this morning playing. Thanks again, and I will be visiting your web site frequently. |

09/06/2010 Well, it's been two years since I've played any guitar what so ever and I figured it would take a few months before I could even imagine playing live again but thanks to my new Zag and the EZ play set up I was able to hold down an hour long set just 2 weeks after receiving my Zag. I'm picking up songs and playing guitar like never before, and I give credit to my new Zag, the EZ play set up, and the guitars tremendous ease of play. The only down fall is that if I have heard about Zager Guitars so many years ago I would be so much further along in my playing ability. Well, you can be rest assured that nobody I know will make that same mistake because I'm going around preaching the Zager Gospel. Now both me and my lead guitar player have Zag's and we are loving life, they sound and play beautifully. Thanks again Denny and Dennis for the excellent support and all that you do! |

08/29/2010 Denny...I am not eloquent enough to put into words how great my ZAD20 is.
I started looking on eBay for a nice guitar, which is how I discovered your EZPlay system. I decided to take a chance, and made several bids on a number of the Zagers available there. When I learned I could buy directly from you, for less than these guitars were bringing on eBay, I made the call and ordered the ZAD20. What a bargain. Dennis and Jill went out of their way to help, and the rest is history. I flunked history in college BTW...but not this time! |

08/29/2010 I just received my ZAD-20. What a great instrument! Perfect setup and in tune right out of the box. The fretboard plays almost as fast as an electric guitar, but sounds like an acoustic...a darn nice sounding acoustic at that. I must say, I feel fortunate to own a piece of history. Congratulations on 40 years of making awesome guitars. Like I said, I am proud to own a Zager. |

08/23/2010 I have now had my ZAD-20 Black for about 8 months and it still amazes me at the quality and sound. My buddies I play with all have Taylors and Martins and this ZAD-20 sounds as good if not better for 1/3 the price. What a wonderful acoustic guitar.

08/19/2010 I just wanted to say that after strumming on my friends Zager guitar, there's no other experience like it. It sounds so smooth and very easy playing. My last guitar was a Alvarez acoustic and payed $800 and wasn't nearly as great sounding as the Zager. Thanks again for the help! |

08/19/2010 I haven't written you yet concerning feedback on the Zad-20, Zager guitar I purchased in October; that's because I've been too busy learning to play it. Wow! I'm SO glad I bought your guitar; it has a very rich sound and is a delight to play. I'm a beginner and still learning but in just a few short months I've been able to pick up where I left off in high school 20 years ago and I'm already able to play better than I ever imagined. I look down at my finger and strumming hand and can't believe it's me playing. I love my new guitar, thank you so much for making a great quality product! To add, your guitar has inspired my family to purchase a piano too... It's funny how music is catchy like that. Thanks again! |

08/19/2010 Dennis, WOW! thanks a million, the strap button and pick came in today's mail, just got done installing it and now both of my guitars feel the same, (great) Thank you so much, one for teaching me the best and most sensible place to anchor my strap, and two for allowing me to get that same balanced feel on my knock-around guitar that I get from my Zager, I still don't understand why anyone would tolerate a guitar that falls away from them all the time, when the alternative is so much nicer feeling, thanks again, your customer service is the absolute best in the business. signed, a VERY satisfied and happy customer |

08/16/2010 Thank you for your reply to my question. I now feel blessed to have learned of you in time and have my ZAD 80 CE. I am just learning to play and started in March of 2007 just before purchasing my Zager. A friend of mine has a dozen or more guitars including Martins, a Taylor, a Huss Dalton, Collings, several Gibsons and more. Some of them are very high dollar instruments which he has let me play. The ZAD 80 CE is better quality has a better sound and plays easier than any of his guitars. I just can't thank you enough for the quality instrument you have been making.
